How to Complain
It's important to publicise how you're treated while claiming benefits. This reveals publically what the problems are and allows others to learn how badly the social security system is and how badly claimants are treated. By talking about the reasons people are sanctioned, or the bullying behaviour of jobcentre staff or the constant errors and mistakes made with peoples claims, MPs, councillors, journalists and some others might decide to take action. It can sometimes lead to a good result - but at the very least shames the DWP and reveals it's problems.
